Innovative:
The HydroProfiler M-Pro is operated on a classic Ø 20mm wing bar and comes equipped with an additional, highly accurate pressure measuring cell, which automatically detects the water depth within a measuring vertical. The measured values are transmitted wirelessly via Wi-Fi connection to a rugged tablet PC, in real-time.
High Resolution:
HydroProfiler M-Pro sets new standards in measurement resolution. The plumb line is divided into up to 128 measurement cells, with a minimum cell width of 1 mm. Using the two acoustic transducers, both a tilt of the rod and the flow velocity (even if not positioned parallel to the bottom) are automatically compensated.
Efficient:
The HydroProfiler M-Pro measures the entire verticals thus obtaining an enormous time advantage over all conventional point measuring methods, magneto-inductive sensors and other rod ADCs. Flow measurements are particularly efficient when performed by two persons. One person takes the HydroProfiler M-Pro section by section across the measuring cross-section, while the other person operates the HDA-Pro unit, controlling both the measurements and evaluating them.
Variable:
The HydroProfiler M-Pro reliably measures in water levels starting from 20 cm and flow velocities of up to 5 m/s, thus covering a wide range of applications.
User-friendly:
The user interface of the "HydroProfiler" software is particularly clear and intuitive. At the end of the measurement, the user directly receives the flow rate, the average flow velocity and the measured cross-section in accordance with DIN ISO 748. In addition, the measuring vertical, the cross-sectional profile and the velocity distribution are presented in graphical and tabular forms, along with a number of other properties. Even after the measurements are completed, the user can insert additional measuring verticals, or correct or delete existing ones.
Easy data transfer:
An XML export interface for the "Biber" software and "Q 3.1" ensures straightforward further processing and archiving of the measurement results.
Last but not least:
Included in the delivery, there is a pack for transporting the measurement transducer and the battery, allowing the user to focus on the measurement and the use of the Doppler sensor.
