RADAR SENSOR

The Radar Sensor is a highly sensitive device designed to track termites and other pests behind most common building materials, eliminating the need to cut holes initially. It penetrates through these materials to confirm, detect, and locate termite and other pest activity. The sensor emits high-frequency, low-power microwave signals, which are displayed on the iTraker App screen. Using non-intrusive, low-energy microwaves, it accurately locates and monitors termite and insect movements without causing any disturbance.ts without disturbance.

MOISTURE SENSOR

The iTraker Pro features an advanced Direct Moisture Sensor designed to identify potential risk areas by detecting moisture changes across surfaces. This sensor includes a relative Moisture Sensor and a humidity sensor for easily detecting elevated moisture levels and leaks behind walls. The Direct Moisture Sensor detects slight increases or decreases in moisture content, displaying readings as percentages. Utilizing omni-directional technology, it creates an electric field to measure conductance levels in materials, penetrating up to 40 mm (1.5 inches) and designed to slide across flat surfaces, making it ideal for damp areas like kitchen and bathroom tiles. The Relative Moisture Sensor effectively identifies high-moisture areas and accurately tracks potential water leaks, displaying the relative difference between two moisture points on a bar graph. In Direct Mode, the sensor detects subtle moisture fluctuations up to 40 mm deep, maintaining accuracy even in extreme humidity. In Relative Mode, it detects moisture changes beneath the wall’s surface relative to a reference point, useful for identifying moisture-prone areas conducive to termite activity.

The Thermal Imaging Camera enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of your inspections, taking it to the next level. While everything may appear normal to the naked eye, a thermal scan can detect heat signatures which could be conducive of termite infestations or reveal the extent of termite activity within a building’s structure. Additionally, the camera helps to identify hidden issues, such as water leaks behind walls, by capturing surface temperature differentials. This can reveal water penetration, heat transfer, condensation, and potential sources of mould.
