DJ-3010 root analysis measurement system is independently developed by Dian Jiang Technology dedicated to root analysis of plants after in vitro root washing, It can analyze root length, diameter, surface area, volume, root tip number, number of forks, etc., and is widely used in root morphology and structural research. A specific dual-light illumination system is used to effectively remove shadows and uneven light source acquisition, and obtain high-resolution black and white or color images. Color images are analyzed using the software's color level analysis function for research related to root survival, root growth, and nutritional status. Using the advanced analysis function of the software, root connection analysis can be performed on root images, and morphological characteristics such as root branch angle and connectivity can be studied. Root topology analysis, study the number of root connections and path length.
